dishonest dealership , sale person is just follow rules of the dealership and manager that make prices and put all charges is crook person and add so much items that it is standard and try to say it is not of the dealership and manager that make prices and put all charges is crook person and add so much items that it is standard and try to say it is not and they charge you for it and destination and handling charges and they don't want to give you invoice and receipt for all the charges that they charged you for it and when you ask for receipt they refused to give you and they don't want you to have document to take them to court for most charges that not right . the finance person big liar and don't tell you about deductible on extended warranty when they give you document it shows on it when you ask why did not say it at time when I am buying. he tells you he said it . I don't recommend anybody buy and do any thing with this dealership . be careful and make sure all charges they did for you it is correct before you sign any document don't trust any body in this dealership and buy your new car some where else before you become like me and write this review and be victims . the most crook people I have ever seen in my life . I am taking them to court and law sue for their dishonesty document because they don't give all the detail that you got charge for it and let court collect from them and find out how crook they are . Am here after my first service of purchaes mechanic put no oil back in the car.. Drove 3hrs to McDavid Honda b/c they stated "we got the car you're looking for". Wanted a 2013 Honda Odyssey and called Jose the day before to ensure our numbers were close before I made the drive and the car you're looking for". Austin and Albert said just come on down, it would be no problem. Well, I believed them. Got there and the games started. Started throwing numbers back and forth. Then they had to bring another guy out to talk to us. Why do they do that? Can't one guy cover this deal. Who's the magic guy behind the curtain that knows all the secret numbers and if he's the guy I eventually need to talk to, why am I wasting my time with 2-3 guys below him? These guys have no authority to do anything but run my number around the dealer showroom like overpriced carrier pigeons. Then they asked me to Take it to Carmax for get a quote to see how my trade in was worth. Wait a minute, don't you do that? They do but they wanted a "second qoute". So you're telling me you don't trust your guys? Why should I run all over town. But I did. Waited for a while at the Carmax and just got sick and tired, so we went back and offered them a fair value for the 2013 Honda ($25,000 plus our trade) and they still wanted to suck out every last penny. Got tired of the games and left. Bought a 2013 the next day at another dealer for exactly what I offered them. What a bunch of typical car salesman yahoos these guys are. Toolbags. More

He always makes time for us and its nice to know we can count on him when we need our next vehicle. I would not even consider going elsewhere to purhase a vehicle. He makes purchasing a vehicle a pleasant and positive experience. More
