We sat for close to two hours waiting to see the finance person even though there were only three customers ahead of us. Judging by how long it took once we were in the office, two hours seemed excessive. We discovered after leaving that no gas had been put in the vehicle as we had been told that it would. It had only a quarter tank. During the explanation of features in the vehicle I was purchasing there was no mention of the security system. My neighbors were treated to a late night wake up when it got set off when we got out of the car. Naturally neither of us knew how to shut it off as we've never had a similar system. Purely by accident my husband figured it out. Two days after the purchase the title to my trade in was found. It was missing at the time of purchase. I called the dealership to see if they wanted it brought in and was told that I would receive a call with the answer. There was no call and I was unable to reach the sales person at all the following day despite several attempts. All I got each time was a busy signal for close to an hour straight. More
