My experience with your your dealership was overall a positive one. In large part this was due to my interactions with Bobby Huggins. I purchased a used vehicle [2012 Nissan] from you that had a problem positive one. In large part this was due to my interactions with Bobby Huggins. I purchased a used vehicle [2012 Nissan] from you that had a problem that had to repaired by Nissan. When I presented this to your people [they will go unnamed to protect the innocent] I was met with we can't do this, etc... excuse after excuse...shrouded in "policy" BS. However, my experience dealing with Bobby was the complete opposite. He presented himself as a knowledgeable agent for your company. He expressed a "can-do" approach to my needs. He provided "exemplary" service. Moreover, if he stated he couldn't resolve something he forwarded me to someone who could and he contacted them B4 i talked to them so they were aware of my needs. My prior dealings with David McDavid from the receptionist to your managers has been pedestrian at best except for Bobby and Brock Harrison. Bobby Huggins is heightened asset to your operation. More
I am very disappointed from this honda Dealer. My car was displaying TPMS warning for which I went to get it checked and also asked them to do Texas vehicle state inspection. After waiting for half day the S displaying TPMS warning for which I went to get it checked and also asked them to do Texas vehicle state inspection. After waiting for half day the Service rep Andy came to me and told me that I need to replace 3 tires because of old tires this problem is there for which I have to agree. They also replaced all the 4 TPMS sensors under my extended warranty. Then in the evening he came back and told me that 3 tires are replaced but there is something wrong with the system or there machines and the technicians are trying to figure out the issue with TPMS . Next day they called me that my car is ready. This visit costs me around 613/- . I picked up my car next day. My ordeal didn't end there. After driving my car around 20-25 miles TPMS warning came back again within 7-8 days. I took back my car to them and then he came back and said TPMS system is OK but they are guessing that battery needs to be replaced which may be causing the issue. I was surprised that 7-8 days back they did state inspection and battery of the car was in great shape infact in the morning it was fine. He said that my car is not at all starting. I wanted to take second opinion from nearest walmart. He said you can get your battery replaced and then we will try to figure out the issue with TPMS . My car battery is fine as of now and still have no issues but to get them TPMS fixed now I have to get it replaced. They have no clue what is going on with TPMS issue but finding unique ways to rip off . I am really disappointed from this dealer. Is there any way I can complain to Honda directly. Could it help. I hardly write reviews but I strongly felt for this one. They are just coming up with some reasons to rip off customers. I would definitely suggest to have second opinion instead of taking them at face value. I am sure there must be some good honda dealers around in dallas area. i don't know what to do now as my TPMS issue is still not fixed after spending 613/- now they are saying replace the battery which otherwise looks fine to fix TPMS. I just purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from David McDavid Honda of Irving on Saturday. I was searching for a new vehicle with a trade in after a recent accident. After visiting and completing numerous appli Honda of Irving on Saturday. I was searching for a new vehicle with a trade in after a recent accident. After visiting and completing numerous applications from multiple car dealerships I received a phone call and e-mail from Scott Veliz. He was the only person from any of the dealerships to reach out to me! That alone made me want to get another Honda just for customer service. Scott assisted me from start to finish with a warm smile and great personable laid back attitude (we know most sales personalities can be overwhelming & pushy). He made the entire process seamless from the test drive, negotiating pricing, valuing my trade in and my endless questions/requests. Also, Duc Le was a delight with the Financing. This was by far the fastest, most informative end to a car sale I have ever experienced. Scott, thank you for your customer relationship skills, communication, follow up and attention to detail. I believe I will always be a Honda car owner but I will refer everyone to David McDavid of Irving and to Scott specifically! More

We requested a quote online for a Honda Fit, and Scott Veliz called us quickly with some information about a discounted 2013 Fit that they had. We visited the dealership and Scott was very friendly. Unlik Veliz called us quickly with some information about a discounted 2013 Fit that they had. We visited the dealership and Scott was very friendly. Unlike some sales reps, he wasn't very pushy, which we really liked. He let us test-drive the car to our house so we could see if it fits a semi-grand harp. It doesn't (at least not if the harp is flat-loaded), but we liked the car so much we came back two days later with the intent to buy. The price negotiation went smoothly (as far as those negotiations go), and we drove the Fit home that night. The entire process was slower than it should have been, especially considering that the dealership wasn't busy at all while we were there, but overall we experienced great customer service. During the financing discussion, we swapped co-signers in order to lower our interest rate, which caused them to be a little disorganized afterwards. They had to call me the next day to get the new co-signer's drivers license information and insurance information, along with a copy of my diploma so we would qualify for the $500 college graduate rebate. The main issue was with internal communication - I got calls/emails from Scott, Zane Walker, and Sonia Heredia, who sometimes requested something I had already given another person. However, all three were easy to work with and wasn't really a big deal - I would prefer that experience over them missing information and getting a fine for it later. Scott, Zane, and Sonia were all very professional. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. They might be a little slower than other dealerships, but their pricing is good and customer service is great. More
Let me just say that my family have been getting vehicles here at this exact location since 1996 and recently when my lease ended I wanted to get another new car to lease (my mom was going to get it for hers here at this exact location since 1996 and recently when my lease ended I wanted to get another new car to lease (my mom was going to get it for herself) so I dropped off my vehicle as I met mother at the dealership I met the salesman Albert Garcia who I spoke with and explained that I have worked for two different dealerships before and as I left my mom was going to finish getting the new lease and trade in my old one. After I leave Albert tries to tell my mom that the dealership cannot take my trade in because my car is worth only $8,500 and that means I have negative equity (which is false because when you lease a vehicle the dealership accepts responsibility for negative equity even if your car has a lot of damage they already account for that). So first off he was lying to my mom, big surprise right? To top it off he overly pressured my mom to get the lease and said they can't take my car for a trade in so basically for people who have not worked in a dealership this is what they did: get a lease from my mom and have me turn in my car that I would have to pay over a thousand dollars for out of pocket when it should have been trading in my vehicle to lease another for no money out of our pocket other than the first month pay. FINALLY I find this out the next day from my mom and told her that was not a good deal that she got and that they completely lied to her so she decides to call the dealership and ask "if I'm about to turn in my lease can I lease a new car or will I have to pay for the minor damage on my car?" To which a female responded "you can trade in your lease and don't worry about the damage we already account for that on leases." My mom next asked "on my contract it says residual is 11,000$ What does that mean" the lady said it means that is how much you vehicle is worth today. So if my residual is $11,000 why did the tell my mom it's worth $8,500? They have same contract as my mom so they knew how much the car was worth. All they wanted was for my mom to lease a new car and then have me pay money that is already covered in a lease. Moral of this story: even if you have been a loyal customer for almost 20years they will continue to not care about customer and try to pretend as though they do. The dealership also refers to their "valued" customers as "buyers are liars" so think twice before you want to spend thousands of your hard earned money at this pathetic excuse for a dealership. I will never consider coming back to this dealership and I will make it an effort to continuously tell people how bad of an experience this place will give you. More
