I purchased a Honda Accord Sport for my wife last month from a local Honda dealership in west Texas. I saw and liked the idea of the Honda Hybrid Accord and tried to get one through my local dealer but no from a local Honda dealership in west Texas. I saw and liked the idea of the Honda Hybrid Accord and tried to get one through my local dealer but no one will dealer trade this model yet. This necessitated a search for this car in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I talked with Travis by email and by phone. He quoted me a price that was well over MSRP and told me that his dealership had an agreement with Honda to put mud flaps, tinted windows and a rubber trunk mat on all Accords at a $900.00 price tag above Honda sticker price. I can guarantee you as a confirmed Honda buyer the previous month that THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. All of these items are included in the Honda list price and were included in our Accord Sport purchase. This is not a reputable dealer....BUYER BEWARE. I suppose I should also mention that they charge $299.00 for a $10.00 pinstripe. Total add-ons to the Accord Hybrid MSRP were $1700.00 for items that Honda includes with the car (except the pinstripe). BUYER BEWARE. More

I am a very frugal shopper. I pride myself of searching and getting the best deal available. I have searched and visited many dealers (too many unfortunately, and spent a lot of time), but I finally bough and getting the best deal available. I have searched and visited many dealers (too many unfortunately, and spent a lot of time), but I finally bought from David McDavid. John worked with me and after awhile, we negotiated a deal that saved me thousands of dollars compared to other dealerships. He was not pushy, did not hold me hostage, nor sent a barrage of managers to force me to make a deal. He understand I was in a hurry and worked fast with me. Very knowledgeable, friendly, trusthworthy (believe it or not), and hate to say it, but a pleasure to work with even if he is a car salesman. If you have to shop for a car and you have my sympathy; go everywhere else to shop, but save David McDavid for last and negotiate with them. You won't be disappointed. More
