I contacted the dealership by phone in early December after looking online at a car that I wanted. After speaking with Peter I learned that the car has already been sold. I was very disappointed but Peter at that time assured me that if this was the type of car that I was looking for he would pass this information on to his boss and that he would be in touch with me once they had another car on the lot. Of course when I hung up I thought, he probably want call and for sure they want find a car as good as the one that I saw online....LOL!!! Well to my surprise on the morning of December 30th my cell rang!!! It was Peter's voice saying, there is a cadillac on the lot if you are still interested. MY response, is it a cadillac coupe?!?! Peter's response," Yes Ms. Whitney and it's a lot better car than what you originally wanted but how soon can you get down to Irving to look at it"? There were several obstacles but the major one that I would have to face is that I still owed more on my car than what it was worth. After several phone calls back and forth with Peter, he assured me that financing was working in my FAVOR and I was approved but I needed to come to Irving as soon as possible. I told him that I could be at the dealership before they closed. Upon arrival to the dealership I was finally able to lay eyes on the car that I had been approved for. Immediatley I knew that Peter had worked very hard in helping to make sure that I got this car! I am really not sure of all that he had to go through to get me in this car but he had to have taken the negative in order that I get the positive ...a 2013 Cadillac Coupe/2dr and my car that I owed more on than it was worth...was paid off!!!!!!!! Boe, a used car salesman that I had first approached when considering a used Honda Pilot, made sure that I had got the best new car deal possible including my trade, when the year end dealer cash bonus and .9% financing made buying a new 2015 Pilot EX-L a smarter decision. Greg worked the computer to override built-in Texas fees and tax computation methods to adjust for titling the vehicle in Oklahoma..
