I’ve been visiting the dealership for over a year now. I have always been pleased, but my last visit was the best. I scheduled on appointment at 1030 am on the morning of Wednesday, January 15 for an oi I have always been pleased, but my last visit was the best. I scheduled on appointment at 1030 am on the morning of Wednesday, January 15 for an oil change and to see if plastic wheel guard above my front passenger tire could be reattached. The service work was not completed till after 4 pm. I didn’t end up leaving till after 430 that afternoon. My service advisor informed that they were short staffed that day, I understand, but I wished it was communicated to me sooner. I would have chosen to go home rather than wait and spend my whole day sitting and waiting for word on my car. Next time, if there is a next time, I would prefer better customer service and communication. More
