Went in to explore leasing a Civic on Memorial Day weekend while waiting for an oil change on my CRV and had no trade-in to deal with so the sale (lease) was pretty basic. They were extremely busy so things took a little longer than normal but everyone was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. No back and forth discussions with managers or finance folks over price, warranties, etc. Very pleased with the vehicle, the lease, the employees, and the dealership in general. As a side note, the were serving some great looking Dickey's BBQ in the showroom all day but I just ate before coming to the dealership so I didn't get any.. I'm sure all the sales people do a great job but working with Michael Sawin was actually fun as he can be quite entertaining as he gets your deal done. More
