I don't like the standard sales pressure asking me cookie cutter questions. Michael was quick to identify that I wanted to talk straight about what I wanted and took the time to let me look and consider different options. The patient waiting was key for me. So many sales personnel think they need to keep talking and talking. Michael presented what was important, and let it be OK for quiet time to think. This made it easier to continue dialogue that would otherwise have sent me running for the hills. More

They didn't have a 2018, so we went for a drive in the 2017. We had no plan to buy. Mike Insall asked the right questions and it ended up being the best car buying experience I've had. This was my 6th car purchase. Mike asked what the price would need to be and I gave a low figure for an EX, which is what we wanted. It was an SE (higher model) that was available. He talked to the GM, came back, and told me we had a deal. I was shocked. I took the deal. Mike helped us take the car as a loaner so we could feed the kids and get them to bed. I came back that night and closed the deal. More

I had visited several dealerships - Mazda, Kia, Hyundai, but still couldn't find what I needed. I visited David Mcdavid Honda in Irving. The Sale Representative Ann Stone was only a couple of weeks on the job as she explained but took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend David McDavid Honda in Irving. From Ann Stone to the entire Financing Team, everything worked out beautifully. More

I fell in love and my sales associate Ann was so much fun that I bought the car same day. She was incredibly enthusiastic, not pushy at all and it was an extremely delightful experience! the finance rep was incredibly pushy and a little rude when I did not want the add on. More

I sent an online price request and Mr. Henry called me regarding the vehicle. I simply asked for his best out the door price as I was not in the market to haggle and go back and forth. I only wanted each dealer who I contacted to give me their best price and from there I would simply go and purchase the vehicle in cash. Apparently Mr. Henry didn't like this and got upset, started raising his voice and talking down on me. He stated he won't give me a price over the phone and that he could beat anyone's price, I just had to go see him and he would give me the best deal. I advised him that I would NOT drive all the way out to where he was unless he could give me his price. For some reason, this really ticked him off and again, the very rude and unprofessional Mr. Henry started talking down on me again raising his voice and yelling, and finally hanging up on me. I instead purchased from Honda of Ft worth, whom treated me with respect and gave me upfront pricing. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone if they have these types of employees working there. More
