Worst service Kept my car for 7 days straight twice ( 14days together ) for the repair and tried to scam me for a warranty covered service saying that repair cannot be covered and then I had to search fo 14days together ) for the repair and tried to scam me for a warranty covered service saying that repair cannot be covered and then I had to search for the 3yr old service contract myself which they could have done just a couple of clicks on their system. When they noticed that I got documents, they apologized and said we will take care of the repair . They smartly made me to believe that car will be ready the same day whenever I called them to avoid getting the loaner or renters reimbursement which is a benefit of the warranty . I was unfortunate that both repairs were around thanksgiving and year end holidays and they ruined both this year. I also heard from my co-Honda owner friends similar experiences in this particular dealership. I lost my trust with Honda brand itself and will never ever go there or recommend Honda again. More

I was going through Honda's site to check how my debt looks like. But after spending almost an hour, I could not find my principle and interest segregated amount also total amount due. Brought my Ridgeline in for a recall. I've had to bring it back twice because they didn't repair and replace the parts correctly. Still waiting for to get out of shop. I will give service advisors Jessica Phillips and Ashley Shorts credit for doing their best to help me with this problem. Can't speak highly of anyone else who works there. Especially the mechanics who have been working on my vehicle. Once I get my Ridgeline back I will determine if David McDavid of Irving deserves a better review. But more than likely this will be my last time I will be doing business with this Honda dealership location More
