I traded in a Honda and purchased a used Honda from this dealership on November 8, 2024. I regret buying from this Honda dealership. But that isn’t the only issue with this place—they are snakes and will lie to you to make a sale. The used Honda I purchased had a hidden oil leak on the rear main seal that they knew about before the sale. How do I know? I gathered all the clues: The engine bay was extremely clean for a Honda with over 160,000 miles, and the sale price was $2,000 below KBB value. Before informing them about the leak, I took the car to another Honda service department where I was told it had a leak from the rear main seal. When I returned to this dealership, they claimed it was only an oil pan leak. To be certain, I sought a third opinion from a repair shop specializing in Honda vehicles, and they confirmed the same diagnosis as the other dealership—a rear main seal leak. This dealership can’t be trusted. I recommend anyone considering a purchase here to go elsewhere. They also owe me a refund. They waited long past the 15-day payoff period on my trade-in before submitting a lower payment to settle my loan. Because of this delay, I had a pending payment with my credit union that I couldn’t cancel. When I called about my refund, I couldn’t get a clear answer. I repeat: stay away from this shady dealership. I even spoke with the GM, Alan Cooper, about my situation, and he was difficult to convince despite the clear evidence that I was sold a car with a leaking rear main seal. This dealership doesn’t care about its customers—they only care about making money and protecting their reputation. The sales manager, Alex, even asked me to take down my first negative review after they supposedly fixed my oil leak. I won’t back down without a fight since I’m protected under Texas consumer laws.
