Thank you for your candid response on your experience, and we completely apologize for you and your family’s inconvenience. The vehicle you purchased, not of Honda decent, was sent to the manufacture's dealership from which it came. That specific dealership's diagnosis gave a clean bill of health for the vehicle you purchased. Because you were unhappy, we offered you an option to get into another vehicle, which you agreed. You also agreed to step up in a vehicle without over 100k miles, which increased your cost of sale by $3794. Your down payment (deposit) was switched to the secondary vehicle so you didn’t have to come out of pocket with another $1000 down.
