I bought this brand new Honda accord hybrid few months back. Since that time I already took my car 5 times for one problem that its navigation does not work whenever I unmute the sound also my phone does back. Since that time I already took my car 5 times for one problem that its navigation does not work whenever I unmute the sound also my phone does not connect automatically. I have to connect manually. I bought this brand new car to feel luxury but it does not feel this way at all, rather am dealing with it like its very old car and i have to take to service center every other weeks or months. They didn't say until the forth time but just kept my car for a week everytime. But the fifth time they said that software has problem It department could not find the solution yet. I asked for exchange after a month of problem arise but they said you just have to reset it and it will be good. later they the main office of Honda will contact me and told me that it can take a year too just to solve my car problem. This is ridiculous after purchasing 40k above for a car to have this service rather i would have purchase used car. I am very unhappy with the Honda company as my time, mental peace and my energy for unwanted problems I got. I bought this car to have peaceful ride and mind having to not to think about any problems with brand new car. If it was a defected they should have exchanged or fixed the problem rather expanding to months months and offer for trading with higher priced car. I will never suggest anyone to buy car here again.
