This was the best big purchase customer service experience I’ve ever had. If there is one dealership to go to in DFW, it’s this one. I want to specifically highlight the customer service I received from Sahin (Sean) Akcay. For starters I decided I wasn’t going to end up going to the dealership but because Sean followed up with me via text, I was like well why not I guess I will look and see , and thank god I did. Sean helped me get the best deal I could and not once did I ever feel like I was just a sale to him. He makes your experience so personable and clears up anything you might be confused or worried about. There were no thrills, frills or hidden fees. What was advertised is exactly what I got. If there is one salesman Honda wants on their team, it’s Sean. Honestly if you go here I would recommend specifically asking for Sean because that is just how good of an experience I had. There’s a reason he has like 400 awards sitting by his desk, he knows what he’s doing. Aside from that I also want to thank Adam from Finance and the manager John Park because they were both informative, kind, and helpful to my experience as well. 10/10 recommend, I will be recommending anyone I know buying a car to come here! I had an appointment for a recall at 11am. I was told I will get my car back by end of day. They kept my car for 5 hours, only to notify that they won’t be able to do anything. Worse part is t I was told I will get my car back by end of day. They kept my car for 5 hours, only to notify that they won’t be able to do anything. Worse part is they mentioned in check out paper that I did not have time to get it done. Also, they were still getting all the other stuff done for other customers they were making money from. But just because mine was recall and they were not making any money from me, they gave it back to me after 5 hours. If you cant get it done, you let people know right away or dont even take appointments. I witnessed few customers without appointments and still were able to get things done because they were paying for their services. Horrible experience. Will be escalating this all the way upto Kazuhiro Takizawa and complaint also going to BBB. More

I was impressed with Korhan. He was super personable, and our interactions with him were pressure-free, which we greatly appreciated. He knew the ins and outs of the car, and he demonstrated thoughtfulness on our behalf (e.g., he asked—unprompted—if our trunk deck cover from our older car might fit the new car). It didn’t fit, but the thought and care he took to bring it up felt good. He even called us quickly on our way home to tell us we’d mistakenly forgotten our house key! While he couldn’t really move on price (it was a very fair price), he did work to get us closer to the trade in value we were offered elsewhere. Adam, the finance manager, was another good interaction. I’m always fearful of moving from the very delightful salesperson to the finance manager who has a gauntlet of upsells to get through, but that wasn’t the case this time. Adam presented the options but didn’t dwell on them. He offered a quick way to deny if we weren’t interested and was respectful of our decisions. He moved quickly near the end of the night to get us on our way! Overall, we were very happy with the experience. More

Yusuf Black was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. He took the time to listen and understand the situation I was dealing with previously and guided me through the entire process. Also the process was really fast. Yusuf Black made the car-buying experience stress-free. I highly recommend Yusuf Black/ Mcdavid Honda of Irving to anyone in the market looking for a new vehicle.
