My expectations are: • that you would simply honor the deal that we made • communicate appropriately and professionally • not ignore my emails and calls • not hang up on Acura Finance • not refuse to do business with me for no stated reason other than "we could not meet your expectations" or "we won't be able to make you happy" without asking me first what my expectations are or what making me happy would look like How do you think you can earn my business back after terminating such a long relationship in such an obnoxious manner?

Also, to add this is not the first time. My MDX that I just traded was also from David McDavid. But in the last two years I have had this experience at least twice, where I was provided misleading info, based on which I went to the dealership only to find out, after completing a significant amount of paperwork that the price I was quoted for the MDX over phone can now only be applicable to RDX. Also, this time we waited for the salesperson for a scheduled appointment for an hour. After we left after an hour we were informed that the dealership is short of staff and that it becomes difficult to keep appointments!!!! I feel very disrespected as a customer, and a returning customer, and somehow feel this response is mere lip service.
