Greetings Rob and thank you for sharing your concerns. When the vehicle was here 2 weeks ago, we tested the battery and it passed at that time. We value your daughter as a client and actually did everything we could to assist her when her vehicle wouldn’t start, including offering to cover the tow charge to bring the vehicle back to our dealership. Your daughter insisted that we come to her location to fix the vehicle, however this is a service we do no offer. She then informed us that she had a different tow service on the way and would go to a different location. Your call to her took place AN HOUR AND A HALF after her call to your dealership, by which time she had already arranged for a different tow, having been told that you couldn't help. Again, this is a disabled young lady with a 4 month old baby in the car. She had no indication that you would call her back, so she took care of it on her own. Your dealership's offer to help was far too late. Now you are just playing CYA. And she was only 2 blocks away. Shameful.

Spoke to Clifton Goldsmith he was the one that offered the Buick Enclave as a loaner. He told me he had never had anyone turn down a free car before. Even though I'm the one being inconvenienced by having to come back to the dealership to get something fixed that should have been done right the first time. Also spoke with Clifton about scratch in driver's side passenger window only to be told Acura wouldn't cover it even though I believe the detail crew did it removing the window sticker. This dealership doesn't know what customer service is. I will be getting my car serviced at Sterling Acura. Avoid David McDavid at all costs!!

I shouldn't have to accept half! I'm not the one that lied Justin Binford blatantly lied to my wife and I about this vehicle having two key fobs! David McDavid and GM Clifton Goldsmith need to step up and uphold their company's moto of high values of honesty, high ethics, and integrity for both their customers, and their employees. So far i have seen none of this!

(Edit on 3/25/21) I posted my name and phone number here and no one ever called. Since this review is now going public, I am removing my personal information from here. After calling this dealership on 3/9/21 and 3/10/21 and being told that someone in management would call, I never received a call back from them. Customer service is just not their strong suit.

(Edit on 3/25/21) It's now been two weeks since I wrote my initial review of this dealership. They have had two people tell me on the phone that someone in management would call me, but that never happened. Then in this review string, they said someone named Lance Parish would be calling me, but he never did. I'm starting to think that my worst suspicions about this dealership are confirmed -- that they don't care about their customers at all. Customer service here is pathetic -- AVOID IF YOU CAN.
