We provided a quote to replace them all, which you declined so we fixed just the one stud that was accidentally broken, at no charge to you. First of all, sorry to say but whomever told you that they "informed" me about my lug nut being to tight or if I was given a quote to replace them is all wrong, nor my lug nuts weren't too tight and neither I was given a quote. Secondly I saw you service technician Cody using a drill machine to tighten them, since when did Acura used drill machine to make sure the lugs were right correctly rather then using a torque ranch? Even the most cheapest places you go to get a tire rotation done would also use a torque ranch to make sure the lug are tightened to it spec! Ofcousre they had to replace it since the tech broke it Infront of me! It's not like they did it for a gesture of wasting my time. It was a good thing I went and saw what was the issue otherwise knowing your "star performer" Adrian he would've immediately labelled that broken nut as a prior damage during your MPI!

There were additional repairs needed on your vehicle, and records show that when we requested to take care of them, you declined. Once we completed the original work that was approved, there was just a 5 minute delay picking up because our vendor had keys in make ready building. We were not aware that you weren't completely satisfied with your experience or tint work, however you do have a warranty on tint so if you'd like, you can bring it back in and we will take care of it. If you read the whole email like I said “I would have pay 500 not 1,800.” To get that part I need it because they already had half of it done and you guys wanted me to pay another 1800 on top of 4200 so total it’s almost $6000 that’s little to much for anyone. I had to wait little then 5 mins, And then one of your coworkers was treating my car like a race car. You don’t drive anybody’s car like that.
