I called my friend Jason at Acura to tell me if a car deal I was trying to work was worth it. He was very helpful and during the process, I ended up buying a car from him that he suggested. They were very reasonable, not at all pushy, and really hooked me up with the car of my dreams. I'd gladly do business with them again! My only thing for them to work on is their facilities. By comparison to just about any other dealer in Austin, their buildings need a big makeover. But don't judge a book by the cover. They know their stuff and will treat you right. More
Service manager raj told me he wouldnt get me in for over a week. I was on the side of the road with my 10 month old son with tires about to pop tread out. The GM clifton was no better. My tire issue was solely due to the alignment jobs they do. Ive done 3 by them in less than a year. Have had to.purchase 7 tires because of them. No reimbursment . Nobody takes any ownership. This place is so sad. I spent weeks trying to talk with a manager or acura client services. Nobody can do anything but the GM of these places. Client services or asbury still do not own or run the dealerships. Its sad. So.only the GMs can do anything which Clifton did nothing. More

I told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful. He explained the many features of the 2013 Acura TL and was very patient and professional. I was extremely satisfied with his friendliness, expertise and willingness to assist me in making my decision. Mr. Perriton followed up with a phone call to me yesterday, December 3rd and asked if I had any questions that he could help me with. I told him that I was having some problems with some of the features and he said that he would go over them with me again on my next visit to pick up my license plates. I was extremely satisfied with this dealership (for a second time)and the exceptional sales staff representative, Mr. Dave Perriton. More
I purchased an Acura TL from McDavid Acura in 2008 and was very pleased with the Service Department and the dealership overall. However, in recent months I noticed a change in quality and approach to deal was very pleased with the Service Department and the dealership overall. However, in recent months I noticed a change in quality and approach to dealing with customers. Maintenance was sloppy, timeliness of service was slow, and the staff was not as friendly. During my last visit for service, they damaged my wheels and they refused to take ownership even after I showed them the problem and it was clear they created it. I talked with the Service Department Manager and eventually with the General Manager, but neither of them took action. In fact, the GM did not even respond to emails nor did he call me back after he said he would. I liked Acuras, but will not get another one since there are few other options in this area. I'm almost ready to purchase another car and will look for a different car brand this time. This dealership seems not to value this customer anymore. More

I bought my Acura MDX here and took it here after I got rear ended and noticed a strange grinding Beware of inept service techs missing major issues! I bought my Acura MDX here and took it here after I got rear ended and noticed a strange grinding noise. I told the service rep about the accident and how the Acura was hit in the back and the trailer hitch absorbed a lot of the shock and then followed by the noise. They called me back a few hours later stating everything is ok and in optimal running condition. That seemed strange and I asked them to please have another look and drive it as well, since the noise was pretty prominent and worried me, since I had a long road trip planned on the weekend. Again assurances nothing is wrong. Well, driving it to through Dallas in stop and go traffic with the noise rattling throughout my car was a nightmare. Now it seemed to come from all different directions and was getting even louder. I took it immediately to another repair shop when I came back and they said the frame had been bent in the accident and was wearing holes in the exhaust system. I should immediately stop driving the car to avoid more damage. They and the body shop I took it to, were shocked how someone could have missed it. The body shop owner called it bent like a pretzel. So either David McDavid did not look at my car or they have severely inept techs-either one makes me not want to come back. Beware of David Mc David Acura and take your car elsewhere!! More
