I absolutely loved my buying experience with Desmond -- all four times. I've bought two TL's, an RL and a TSX from Desmond and recommend both McDavid and Desmond time and time again to all of my friends an all four times. No one will take care of their clients like Desmond and no one has been able to support their products like the Acura team at McDavid. More

My Acura tells me when I need service :) and I easily set up my appointment. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional in the service area. It never fails. When I go to McDavid Acura I always get the best service there. The service/parts departments always try there hardest and 9 times out of 10 they succeed for whatever my needs are. As for mechanics in the back, hands down the best I have seen in a while (Mike Harris and MOE). Sure can I go to a local shop that charges me a little less then from what I normally pay, of course. I live in Houston and saw the car on the internet, I emailed and called and had very prompt response letting me know the car was still available. I arranged to visit the next day (Christmas Eve) and te emailed and called and had very prompt response letting me know the car was still available. I arranged to visit the next day (Christmas Eve) and test drive the vehicle. The dealership and staff were extremely professional, polite and knowledge. They answered all the questions I had and when I decided to purchase the car they were very organized, efficient and easy to deal with. I think it is the extras like providing a full tank of gas, and I was very surprised to find a brand new set of RDX rubber car mats included for the vehicle when I was leaving that go a long way - all that just added to my overall great experience. Overall It was a very easy and enjoyable experience. I would like to thank Alex our sales representative he was a pleasure to work with. More

We were looking for a change from our large SUV and found that the Acura MDX met and exceeded our needs.
