My initial contact with David McDavid Acura started with Kim via their online chat. She was able to give me information regarding a car I had seen on their website. I decided not to pursue that specific Kim via their online chat. She was able to give me information regarding a car I had seen on their website. I decided not to pursue that specific car but they were able to suggest some dealer loaner cars for me. When I came in for a test drive I was greeted by Alan. He was very friendly and very comfortable to talk with. We went for a test drive and he pointed out all the features of the car. Since I wanted a different package on the car I did not purchase this specific car but I chatted with Kim the next day. She spoke with her manager and was able to get me a brand new Acura TL for the same price as the dealer loaner car they were selling. When I came in to test drive the new car I was greeted by Dorian. He was also very friendly and very knowledgeable about the car's features. I asked for payment numbers on the car and the initial was too high for me. Dorian went back to his manager and financing person and was able to come down to the payment I was looking for. My whole experience with David McDavid Acura was top notch. I brought my car in for a car wash and the service guys were great too. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership. More

I extensively research everything I buy in order to get the best product for the best price. I was in the market to buy my wife a 2013 Acura MDX and contacted the 2 dealers in the Austin area for price qu the best product for the best price. I was in the market to buy my wife a 2013 Acura MDX and contacted the 2 dealers in the Austin area for price quotes. The sales reps from both dealerships were eager to help and answered my questions. Kim Thomas and Sean Weekly at David McDavid responded right away, while the other dealership responded 10 hours later (while I was signing the papers for my new car with at David McDavid). Both quotes were great; however David McDavid’s price was lower (and they responded quicker). Roy Martinez was my closing sales rep and I immediately felt at ease and knew he wasn’t the type to try to pull a fast one. He offered options and made sure I was educated on all the features of my new MDX. He is the type of person who will actually remember you as a life-long client and not just yesterday’s sale. Sean Weekly is the Sales Manager, and he was more than fair and gave me a great deal. Rebekah Houston was my loan closer and she was very pleasant to work with. I felt she did a great job of giving me all the specifics of what I was signing. They are very good till the vehicle has been sold out of their shop. I bought a used Toyota Sienna. I was told the vehicle is given 30 day warranty. Within 20 days (less than 400 miles) I found 2 issues an their shop. I bought a used Toyota Sienna. I was told the vehicle is given 30 day warranty. Within 20 days (less than 400 miles) I found 2 issues and took the vehicle to their service centre. Here are the issues and both are pre-existing issues before the vehicle was bought. 1. The tire pressure light is always ON: when informed about the problem even before purchase I was told it was due to the weather conditions. They did not even bother to take a look. Now the light is ON all the time irrespective of the weather and I am told to go to Toyota service and get it fixed by them. 2. When the vehicle is driven at 70mph or more, there is a vibration. The service team said the Bearing is out and need to be fixed ASAP which will cost $447 to fix it. When asked about the 30 day warranty, I am told it is not covered. It is clear that this is something which cannot be caused within 400 miles. I am left to shell out money out of my pocket within 20 days of vehicle purchase. Great, friendly, and professional no pressure experience. I was weary from looking at cars and dealing with high pressure sales people all day. I was ready to wrap it up for the day but my husband talked m I was weary from looking at cars and dealing with high pressure sales people all day. I was ready to wrap it up for the day but my husband talked me into one last stop. So glad we stopped at David McDavid on the way home. Brandon quickly greeted us and we let him know we were looking for a wagon. He showed us the TSX Sport Wagon and we decided to take it for a test drive. It handled better than any car I drove all day. I was up front about the fact that I wasn't going to buy that day. There was absolutely no pressure. We agreed to follow up on Monday. Brandon called as promised. When we went back that evening ready to negotiate I was a little nervous that the great feeling I left with a couple of nights before would soon be forgotten. Not a chance. They worked with price and I walked away with a deal I was happy with. The finance office was great as well. I tend to find that one of the worst parts of the experience with lots of pressure to buy extended warranties. Not the case here. I would recommend David McDavid Acura to anyone. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Ask for Brandon! More

From model discovery, pricing, negotiation and finally closing the transaction was at a professional level expected when purchasing a premium automobile. I have been using David McDavid for past seven years. Two weeks ago, I was in the market for a new car. I shopped David McDavid, plus a few competitors. I was not 100% sold that I was going to get an Acura, weeks ago, I was in the market for a new car. I shopped David McDavid, plus a few competitors. I was not 100% sold that I was going to get an Acura, so looked at Lexus and BMW. While the Lexus and BMW sales offices have nicer furniture, more elegant style; the sales staff was not too interested in my business. What I found with David McDavid was patience in waiting for me to make my decision. My sales person, David Perriton, provided me with the information I needed via email so I did not spend a lot of time sitting in the showroom. I am very happy buying a 2013 Acura TL and would recommend David Perriton to my friends and family. More
