Ana Baker helped me solve a problem via a phone call in the most proficient and courteous manner possible!! She has my highest professional recommendation!! After having my car battery replaced at NTB all my security codes for my Navigation and audio system were wiped out. I did not have the security codes. I called the service team at David McDavid, an amazing dealership , with little hope of an easy resolution since I bought the car at another location. In under three minutes Ana Baker talked me through a search for the serial number of my audio system and using that code she was able to locate the security code and I was rebooted and up an running! Awesome job Ana. This is why I love the team at David McDavid Acura in Plano, Texas! More

Came in for a chirping sound from the dash, which didn't repeat during the visit but he noted it in my service record in case it doesn't resolve. Great dealership and good experience. More
