Bad used car I bought a used Acura from this dealership about 2 months ago was told it had minor damage on the CarFax but the whole front clip had been replaced,th I bought a used Acura from this dealership about 2 months ago was told it had minor damage on the CarFax but the whole front clip had been replaced,than the ac goes out,had to buy a new alternator and battery and now the rear window stopped working I was surprised a Acura dealer would keep and sell a car like this.the sales staff was great and I would buy a new Acura there but probably not anything used again More

17 years and running I’ve taken my 2001 3.2 CL here for every scheduled service and unscheduled repair since buying it new. After a major transmission replacement that jus I’ve taken my 2001 3.2 CL here for every scheduled service and unscheduled repair since buying it new. After a major transmission replacement that just made it onan extended warranty, I went in for a minor service a few weeks later. I was told the car needed $1,500 worth of work. I asked how that could be when it was given a clean bill of health just a couple weeks ago. Red faced, the service person agreed. Since then, I think everything done to the car has been necessary. It is still in excellent shape. More
Mixed results. Had an appointment, but still waited for about an hour and a half for an oil change. Finally texted me asking where I was. Had to remind them that they forgot to wash the car. They couldn’t vacuum because their one vacuum cleaner was broken. Expecting more. Seemed on par with my experience at Nissan dealership. More

Not the same Service was fine. Showed up to scheduled appt time and their system had me set to be in a week prior. Turns out the new crappy scheduling system sen Service was fine. Showed up to scheduled appt time and their system had me set to be in a week prior. Turns out the new crappy scheduling system sent one email that said the date I went in and when you click through it said the date that I actually set up the appt ( a week earlier) . They fit me in but They were in the middle of a pizza party and all of the staff could not be bothered. Got a text with the upsell for more items to be done. I really liked it when people interacted and your service person came over to advise of new items needing to be done. While in the waiting room an older gentleman, who admitted he doesn't do technology, was approached by his service tech with the question did he respond to his text. Um, no. So he was verbally told about the additional items to be done. When my keys were brought around and hung up where we used to pay for service I went and asked a disinterested female if my car was ready and she really seemed as if I bothered her and said get with your service manager. Overall, the new staff is horrible. Disinterested and not trained in customer service like when Michelle Raygo the Service Manager and Luis were there for years. They were awesome and the rest of the staff was awesome. The new male replacement of Michelle Raygo saw that I was frustrated but just kept huddling around one service guy that was on the phone with someone and chatting with other service techs that were just hanging out. Again, the actual service they did to the car was great. It's the customer service and overall lack of it that is frustrating and needs improvement. Anthony Haroldson was our service advisor and helped us out and was nice but rushed in trying to squeeze us in during your scheduling mix up. More

The haggling process is never fun but we came to a quick meeting in the middle and we were in and out of there within a little over an hour- the longest part was the testing driving process. The only thing we didn’t really like was the extra up sell on various warranties. I get why they do it but that in itself was a little time consuming but not enough to score them lower. This is the first Acura we have owned and even though after having it two wks we’ve only put 201 miles on it. We love it so far! Noteable mention: Jeffrey was wonderful explaining all the many functions on the car and even called me the next day making sure I didn’t have any questions and fully understood everything. This is service in my book! More
