Not the same Service was fine. Showed up to scheduled appt time and their system had me set to be in a week prior. Turns out the new crappy scheduling system sen Service was fine. Showed up to scheduled appt time and their system had me set to be in a week prior. Turns out the new crappy scheduling system sent one email that said the date I went in and when you click through it said the date that I actually set up the appt ( a week earlier) . They fit me in but They were in the middle of a pizza party and all of the staff could not be bothered. Got a text with the upsell for more items to be done. I really liked it when people interacted and your service person came over to advise of new items needing to be done. While in the waiting room an older gentleman, who admitted he doesn't do technology, was approached by his service tech with the question did he respond to his text. Um, no. So he was verbally told about the additional items to be done. When my keys were brought around and hung up where we used to pay for service I went and asked a disinterested female if my car was ready and she really seemed as if I bothered her and said get with your service manager. Overall, the new staff is horrible. Disinterested and not trained in customer service like when Michelle Raygo the Service Manager and Luis were there for years. They were awesome and the rest of the staff was awesome. The new male replacement of Michelle Raygo saw that I was frustrated but just kept huddling around one service guy that was on the phone with someone and chatting with other service techs that were just hanging out. Again, the actual service they did to the car was great. It's the customer service and overall lack of it that is frustrating and needs improvement. Anthony Haroldson was our service advisor and helped us out and was nice but rushed in trying to squeeze us in during your scheduling mix up. More

The haggling process is never fun but we came to a quick meeting in the middle and we were in and out of there within a little over an hour- the longest part was the testing driving process. The only thing we didn’t really like was the extra up sell on various warranties. I get why they do it but that in itself was a little time consuming but not enough to score them lower. This is the first Acura we have owned and even though after having it two wks we’ve only put 201 miles on it. We love it so far! Noteable mention: Jeffrey was wonderful explaining all the many functions on the car and even called me the next day making sure I didn’t have any questions and fully understood everything. This is service in my book! More

My biggest complaint was the haggling of the new monthly lease payments. It took way too long to negotiate and I felt the pressure to accept. This was my sixth Acura purchase over the years so comparing it to previous experiences. More

We had many questions & some apprehension in general. It was a difficult decision to trade our used 2013 Ford Edge for 2012 RAV4; had to "downsize". The 2012 RAV4 is like new, lower mileage, has five new tires, leather, Limited edition; obviously well cared for car / "Toyota". Mr.Adam Binford spent much time explaining details about available options. He followed through with Carfax, KBB, and other information he had READILY AVAILABLE. I was shopping, comparing other RAV4s. Binford had information I needed. Saved me a trip to Killeen or other places. Mr. Oran Adams answered questions for my husband with patience as did Mr. Myron Dixon regarding pricing and financing. The saved us some extra steps & time. Dorian Bass helped wrap up the paper work in the end. It seems they worked like a team. Everyone pulled together. We are in our senior citizens age with many experiences in car buying & trading over the years for self & family. I believe we were treated with best honest efforts. Great experience overall. Even got a follow up call after the purchase. Well done guys! Thank you all. I may have left couple names out because of brief encounters during out visit; no less important to the process. More

Andrew found us an additional rebate for which we were eligible. When we decided on a color, it required getting the RDX from somewhere else. with an additional charge. After management's discussion, it was decided to lease us the floor model which had additional options on it for the same price we had agreed to. A real dealership bonus.. Myron patiently walked us thru the myriad of pages required for all leases and explained very clearly the additional benefits of additional packages. He allowed me to bring in additional required paperwork the next week. That he trusted us was a nice touch. Great working with him. More

We found him to be extremely knowledgeable of the Acura product and features. We love our new RDX! The new technology that Acura has included in the ‘19 RDX is amazing. To make sure we understood all of the features, Tevin went through each one, setting up the most important ones before we left the dealership which was extremely helpful. He set up a follow up appointment to answer any questions which might arise as we acclimated to the precision cockpit format and also provided his cell number in case we have any other questions -above and beyond! In the time of our visit, we also had an opportunity to meet and speak with Clyde, the General Manager, Kenneth, the General Sales Manager, and Myron in Finance. With each encounter, we felt our best interest was taken into consideration. We recommend David McDVid and the Acura Owner experience if your looking for a car. (Ask for Tevin. He’ll take good care of you!) More
