Scheduled an appointment to come test drive an accord EX. My sales rep was kind, and answered my questions. The test drive process was good, no issues. When I got back that’s when the experience turned sour. When we got down to pricing my rep had to go get the ok from his manager, who was sitting in the center of dealership floor. The manger loudly states to me in front of the entire dealership “oh, (my name), come on now, come on now”. I’ve never seen that before when a manager makes a spectacle in front of everyone but it immensely made me angry and shortly after we left. If you want a slimy experience when buying a car from management, go there. Note: my sales person was fine. More
