We went to David Dodge and from the first greeting we received at the front door, I knew this wasn't going to be so tough. It was a Saturday morning and even though it was crowded already, everyone was so friendly. Steve Ellis, with his big smile and casual manner, won us over right away. He gave me a bottle of water and a box of chocolates for Mother's Day. My husband was able to test drive the three Jeeps that he was interested in and we choose the 2014 Patriot. I wanted Navy Blue and I got my wish. The process went very smoothly and we were on our way by lunchtime, with our new car. On his way to work a few days earlier, my husband was hit by a drunk driver and our car was totaled. We were not planning on buying a new car for another year or so. There were times in the past when we purchased a car (from other dealers) where we sat in the dealership for hours waiting on numerous people to talk to. Not this time. Financing was a breeze and we got a really low interest rate. No more hassles ever again at other dealerships. We're always going to David Dodge ! More

Even though your facility was under construction your employees were quick to help us find the problem and correct it. They brought mechanics out to the parking lot, then help us find a place to park the trailer, and finally quickly solved our problems with our truck. Every employee was friendly and helpful! The mechanic Bruce was wonderful, his knowledge, expertise and professionalism put my mind at ease. He not only took his time to repair my vehical but he was also wonderful explaining the problems to me and he even spoke to my husband on the phone to explain the situation. From the moment we pulled into your dealership Andrew was attentive, polite, and kept us up to date on the repair progress. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and friendly team in such a unfortunate and what could have been unpleasant experience. More

From Joe greeting my husband and I at the door, to getting us set up with Bob to find the 4x4 we wanted at a price we could afford and to Bill to finish all that paperwork I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It started off with an email to Kim Sereikis who got us in touch with the right people in a polite, professional and quick manner. If the sales department is any indication I am going to enjoy meeting the service deparment for my oil changes and maintenance. This is my 3rd Jeep Vehicle but my first one from this dealership and so far the experience has been great and I am looking forward to many years with the vehicle and with David Dodge! More
