Steve went above and beyond in making sure my first experience with the David Dodge team went as smoothly as possible. All team members I had contact with that day were courteous and helpful. I started my quest for a Grand Cherokee several weeks prior with inquiries back and forth with Kim, she certainly "steered" me in the right direction. I followed up with her and I was paired with Dave Cooke as my salesman. I can't say enough on how much I recommend him for anyone searching for a car - he walked me through the car, answered all my questions, after the test drive - we talked candidly about my interest. It was a clean and fair negotiation process and I respected the fact that he worked with me and didn't make it an unenjoyably or frustrating buying experience. When closing the financial aspect of the deal, Andy Rash assisted me and he was excellent, very casual but extremely detailed and informative. Overall, the dealership is clean and friendly and I highly recommend Dave Cooke as a salesman who I felt truly was listening to my interest and needs throughout the car buying experience.
