Jerry was Awesome! My husband wanted to go to David Dodge due to all the commercials and it looked like they had a good inventory when we would pass by. We were introduced to Jerry DiStefano immediately who took care of us. He was patient and took us to the back up lot to ensure we saw all available trucks and my husband could get the featured he wanted. I was not happy with the trade in process, but that wasn't Jerry's fault. On a car that KBB and NADA reported was worth $4,700 was offered to us for a trade in value of only $2,000. It took some back and forth to get a more respectable number. We were there for quite awhile and Jerry realized, so he was kind enough to take us to the employee break room for lunch - a very nice touch! In the end, my husband left with a truck he has wanted for 18 years and I think we got a pretty good deal! More

Bad Customer Service - we won't be back We purchased a car a year ago from this dealer and came back for another Jeep. We negotiated in person and over the phone until the manager, Dawn told us that "we can make it work" and we set up an appointment. When we arrived at our appointment, Dawn was not there and after an hour of negotiating we were told by the salesman, "we would have made the deal with you but we sold the car two days ago". We asked if they would look for a similar car for us and they said, "we'll call around tomorrow". We left the dealership and bought the same car that night from Jeff D'Ambrosio, who had great customer service! I will never go back to David Dodge and not recommend it to anyone. More

Steve worked his butt off to get us a great deal on a new Grand Cherokee and the entire buying process was quick, thorough and professional. By the time we made it out to the dealer, my car was detailed and ready to go... All I had to do was sign papers, and go!
