When I decided on my Jeep Compass the battery was dead, instead of just charging it an sending me on my way, Ken Grey replaced the battery. It should be mentioned that the facility is outstanding. Broken Down and Worried After my son's 2011 Charger broke down in W Chester I was concerned. We live 120 miles away, I don't know (i.e. trust) anyone in the area, my best opt After my son's 2011 Charger broke down in W Chester I was concerned. We live 120 miles away, I don't know (i.e. trust) anyone in the area, my best option is a dealer. My gut told me to get ready to get taken. I settled on David Dodge from a post on line from an angry customer. The bottom line was the parties would agree to disagree but the dealership refunded the money for services rendered. They didn't have to but they wanted to make it as right as they could. Maybe customer satisfaction isn't dead and I'd get lucky! Andrew McCafferty took my info and said somebody would get back by days end, they did. Dana Violi called and made promises, every one kept and on time. She worked with my service insurer and Dodge to get the most coverege for repairs. In just a day and a half I was back in the car fully repaired and all recalls tended to (nothing big but I didn't ask them to) for basicaly my deductable. On checkout I met Melissa Haas whose biggest queation was are you happy. Boy am I! More
