One of the Best Car Buying Experience Ever. I can say service provided by David Dodge and specially Josh Fitts are outstanding. I spoke with Dana in Service and she directed me to the local KIA dealer, and made provisions to have them tow the car for me and bring it in for servicing. outstanding customer service I originally purchased my truck at this dealership which was an exceptional experience. I began to receive a mx message on my truck at 47k Miles which I originally purchased my truck at this dealership which was an exceptional experience. I began to receive a mx message on my truck at 47k Miles which was outside the warranty for the system thatw it was affecting. I brought it to the dealer for repair and at the first attempt they replaced a wheel speed sensor. Unfortunately a few days later the messages returned and I brought it back. This time the codes indicated that it was the same issue. They did some tests and found a faulty wiring issue. Unfortunately, a few days later the message returned. Again I brought it back to the dealership and this time they gave me a free rental car while they worked on the truck. They test drove the truck and the intermittent fault returned while they drove it.They believed it to be a faulty front hub assembly. They replaced the parts for free and re flashed the software in the vehicle for free. On the way home the fault returned. This time they sent a tow truck to pick up the truck and dropped off a brand new car for me to use a rental. At this point I spoke with the manager and we discussed the possibility of me purchasing a new truck as I was frustrated with my present one. I got a call from Steve Gray which was such a calming and reassuring phone call. We discussed the possibility of me purchasing a new truck. He was incredibly understanding and actually listened to my concerns.He stayed late that night that my truck was being dropped off to start the appraisal right away. The next morning he called me first thing with a list of vehicles he had selected for me based on our conversation.My budget was very tight as I have 3 kids and one salary and he totally understood and didn't try to over sell me anything. He understood my situation and even offered to drive the new truck to my house for me to see. I CANNOT express enough what a pleasure it was to work with him and that dealership.As for my original truck they traced the problem to a pin in a plug that had pulled out and began to corrode.Defintely a tough problem to diagnose ,so we'll done to the tech that traced the wiring and found it.i wish I knew his name so I could recognize him.Due to my limited budget i was unable to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership truely did offer me everything they could ,the numbers just couldn't add up. However, they did fix my original truck and proved that they truly do care about their customer. Job well done. More

My story began about 30 years ago, in a Catholic school of all places! My “pre-owned vehicle” (back in the day, we referred to automobiles as second hand or used cars) was ready to go to car heaven. I was worried because I knew NOTHING about cars. The principal at the time said to me, with great confidence, “Maryanne, go to Bob Moser of McGarriety and Moser, and you will never have to worry about anything.” Sister was right because here it is 30 years later and I am still following Mr. Moser and Dodge. Now, the “car place” is called David’s Dodge. The dealership is just a reliable and dependable as always with bright, enthusiastic employees. Most importantly, every car I purchased has performed flawlessly! On 7/29/2015, for the third, maybe fourth time, in a period of 30 years, I purchased yet again a new car. This one is a 2015 Chrysler 200…and it’s key-less! Who would have thought! Thank you to the exceptional availability of all individuals involved in this purchase: beginning with the owner, himself, Mr. David Kelleher, the director of communications, Ms. Dawn Porter Hopson, the sales and leasing consultant Mr. Bob Wiebe. And, of course, thank you to Mr. Moser, who after all this time is still there for me. Mr. Moser kindly gave me a test drive on the 200 and then had me practice driving the car until I felt comfortable to go it alone. Until my next purchase… More

Simply speaking, every part of the purchase sets the bar pretty darn high for what buying a car should be like. From my initial conversation over the phone confirming that they had the Jeep I wanted in stock, to arriving later that day with that Jeep sitting out front ready for me to test drive. While I had some information about the Jeep (this is my first Jeep purchase), Ed Belonga was clearly very knowledgable and was really patient in answering all of my questions (there were a lot of questions) about the Jeep. Completely patient and very friendly, Ed set the stage for a very easy purchase. In terms of the purchase itself, it was similarly very easy to get through the process of reviewing and discussing the numbers and I appreciate the timely focus that everyone there provided in getting to "done." Once we had all the numbers figured out, Ed and the folks at David Dodge made sure to move the process along (I had a very important appointment later that day, i.e., a date with my wife) and like clockwork, I was soon enough very happily driving out in my new Jeep! Two big thumbs up for David Dodge and Ed and Jim there! More
