It was a Saturday morning and even though it was crowded already, everyone was so friendly. Steve Ellis, with his big smile and casual manner, won us over right away. He gave me a bottle of water and a box of chocolates for Mother's Day. My husband was able to test drive the three Jeeps that he was interested in and we choose the 2014 Patriot. I wanted Navy Blue and I got my wish. The process went very smoothly and we were on our way by lunchtime, with our new car. On his way to work a few days earlier, my husband was hit by a drunk driver and our car was totaled. We were not planning on buying a new car for another year or so. There were times in the past when we purchased a car (from other dealers) where we sat in the dealership for hours waiting on numerous people to talk to. Not this time. They brought mechanics out to the parking lot, then help us find a place to park the trailer, and finally quickly solved our problems with our truck. Every employee was friendly and helpful! He not only took his time to repair my vehical but he was also wonderful explaining the problems to me and he even spoke to my husband on the phone to explain the situation.
