Excellent experience In December 2014, we purchased a new Jeep Wrangler through Bob Wiebe at David's Jeep in Glen Mills. The experience was great and Bob definitely went the extra mile. We enjoyed it so much that we travel from central Chester County to take the Jeep back to David's for all the routine work. Since December, the construction at the dealership is done. It is nice, especially the customer waiting area. Yesterday we stopped by for another oil change. We were greeted by Scott in service who was very polite and helpful. When then spoke with Bob in the sales area while the Jeep was in service. The time went by very quickly. Based upon our experiences with Bob and Scott, I definitely recommend this dealership. More

Amazing experience I was greeted at the door by a Brian who immediately made me feel like I was part of his family .. Excellent Service Department Had issues & problems at two other repair shops one was a jeep dealership & the other an independent shop. They could not locate the problem I pointe Had issues & problems at two other repair shops one was a jeep dealership & the other an independent shop. They could not locate the problem I pointed out (suspension-brake) noise & rattles. Adjustments were made and reported to me taken care of. But the issues return days later & I was frustrated again. A friend suggested DAVID Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep in Glen Mills, PA. I called made an appointment & the shop was booked but they got me in, in a timely fashion due to my past issues I explained...I check in with a Dana Violi & she listen very well to my concerns and was very tentative to my past frustrations. She said a Billy O'Brien work on my 2014 Jeep Patriot & he also had a little problem too in finding my issues. But per-Dana, Billy continue the search and look into any Jeep bulletins with issues like mine. Billy O'Brien found the issue & it was resolved. Dana Violi called & fully explained all. My 1st impression with DAVID was very positive & will strongly recommend them. If the training was applied to the other employees like I saw in Billy O'Brien & Dana in their sales team too I would in the future try buying my next vehicle through DAVID of Glen Mills....Thanks to ALL!!
