Made the Impossible Possible!! Having seen their spots on TV suggesting that you email the owner with what you wanted and he would make it happen, I thought, what do I have to lose. Having seen their spots on TV suggesting that you email the owner with what you wanted and he would make it happen, I thought, what do I have to lose. I needed a four wheel drive vehicle for work at a pretty low monthly payment and had a slightly spotty credit history. I was up front in my email about all of this and was very surprised to get an email back FROM THE OWNER personally within a day stating that he thought he could make something happen. He put a couple of his crew on the case and within about two weeks, they were able to make a deal happen! I received an email Friday morning that said come on down, we were all set, and Friday afternoon I drove home in my new vehicle, no muss, no fuss!! Everyone that helped put the deal together was awesome and I would not hesitate to recommend David Dodge to any friends or family, and I will definitely be back for my future car needs. I passed several dealers to get there and it was well worth the trip. More

I did visit that dealer to take a test drive and negotiate the price. I did not care for the salesperson so I left. My wife had heard good things about David Dodge Chrysler so I emailed them for a quote. Alyssa, there internet specialist was in touch and we negotiated a price. David was away on business but he also took the time to email me to work out the deal. I then went to the dealership and met Steve Ellis to do all the paperwork. Steve and Alyssa were both excellent and very professional. I could not say enough about them. Jason who did the finance work was also excellent. I would definitely recommend David Dodge Chrysler to anyone looking for a new car. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever Been buying new cars for 35+ years and the Jeep I bought from David Jeep was the best. I found the Jeep online and it hadn't been delivered. It arriv Been buying new cars for 35+ years and the Jeep I bought from David Jeep was the best. I found the Jeep online and it hadn't been delivered. It arrived at 2PM and I drove away at 7PM. Ed Belonga was a real professional and treated us very well. We got a reasonable trade in and paid $500 over invoice for the new car. Fair all around. Dealers can make big bucks in the finance managers office where they try to sell you all kinds of cr*p like warranties, sealants, etc. Jason was the first FM who actually backed down when I said no. So, overall I recommend David Jeep. Thanks guys! Chuck More
Frustrating and Disrespected First, while they had 24 hour notice that I would be picking up the car, they didn't prepare the car for delivery and hadn't started the paperwork tha First, while they had 24 hour notice that I would be picking up the car, they didn't prepare the car for delivery and hadn't started the paperwork that they promised would be "ready for signature". Second, The sales person and the finance manager treated us poorly during the day of car pick up after the sale was made. Finance made a demeaning and insulting comment because I declined their extended warranty and sales was confrontational regarding the car not being cleaned and ready for delivery. If you want to feel respected and that your business is appreciated, I suggest you go to another dealer. The saga continued - while driving away from the dealership, we noticed a squeak coming from the rear seat. It wasn't there during test drive as the salesman was sitting in the back. Returning for service it was explained that the squeak was a known recall and they fixed it with tape and took the opportunity to take care of 3 other recall software updates. One would think that any existing recalls would be taken care of during delivery prep. later we noticed there were no user or owner manuals. They provided me with a light-weight user guide (all but useless) and when I asked for a Owners Manual I was told I'd have to order it (at my expense) from the parts department. Imagine, $27,000 car and I have to buy a Users Manual. More
