First, let me admit I am a handful to sell a car to. I will do anything to get a better deal on a car and usually spend weeks doing research, comparing dealers, surching the web, etc. As my search became will do anything to get a better deal on a car and usually spend weeks doing research, comparing dealers, surching the web, etc. As my search became focused on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 Overland Summit, I focused on three dealers in my area including David to see who had the best deal. I should also mention that I was looking for the a specific color, options, engine. One dealer had the car I was looking for but told me it was very hard to find (confirmed via web search) and they couldn't come down on the price to my requirements. I figured I would work on them over time and get the price down as the car sat on the lot. This dealer was closest to my house. I went back a few days later and the GC was sold. They said it went fast due to the rarity of the package. I stopped by David and was helped right away by Ed who is super knowledgable about the Jeeps. I told him what I was looking for, and he said they didn't have that exact match. He then introduced me to the owner David Kellaher he said he would "see what he could do". I continued to look for my Jeep and was about to see on at a dealer 50 miles away when David called to say they had my Jeep. I made an appointment to go see, and there it was. They said they had to pull some strings, but as one of the largest dealers, had some pull. So now I figured they would be expecting sticker for finding my exact request, but not the case. They actually came down beyond any of the other dealers I had checked and close to my target price. They were up-front, honest, and did not make me play games to get a fair price. I purchased my BEAUTIFUL 2008 Jeep Liberty in October of 2010, which is single handedly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Due to the sudden loss of my previous vehicle, a larger, safer vehicle was a 2010, which is single handedly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Due to the sudden loss of my previous vehicle, a larger, safer vehicle was a must. At the time, I worked at a company next to David Dodge Chrysler Jeep and had my sights set on the Liberty displayed on their lot. (Which not to mention is huge with an abundance of different vehicles so it was extremely difficult to admire only one!) I assumed with being younger with a limited credit history my dream car was going to be unattainable. To my pleasant surprise, not only was my sales representative understanding and non judgmental towards my situation, the sales manager personally worked hard to get me the exact Jeep I wanted all while getting my payment lower that I had ever imagined! That, to me, was first class service. When it came time for my first oil change last month, my service reservation was happily booked by a sweet toned woman on the phone who even offered me options of a shuttle service or a rental car. Upon my arrival I was greeted outside by a kind older gentleman who already knew my name as if he were personally expecting me. My service adviser Dave Z. was awesome and the starbucks coffee while waiting (only 25 minutes for my oil change) most certainly wasn’t something I turned my nose up to! The cashier was quick and pleasant and my Jeep received valet treatment upon my exit from the dealership, including a complimentary wash! My liberty and I were treated like celebrities! As the lot attendant kindly handed me my keys while respectfully already knowing my last name, wishing me a great afternoon and thanking me for my visit; I drove home feeling truly special. That is not the feeling you get from the neighborhood jiffy lube around the corner! After my two visits to this dealership, I am nothing but proud to have that DAVID sticker on the back of my Jeep and brag to anyone and everyone about my experiences. There is nothing “imbarrasing” about it! More

I recently bought a new Chrysler Town and Country at this dealership. I have tried other local dealerships near my home and would rather travel the extra few minutes to David because they are such a great ov dealership. From the service department, which is open till 9 pm and where my kids love to play in the play room, to the sales and management team that treat you wonderfully. I purchased 3 cars from this dealership. The cars were nice but I found that i paid to much on all 3 cars, especially my last purchase of a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. I got next to nothing when it came to my vehicle trade on the purchase of my new 40 thousand dollar vehicle. Now i've been dealing with the service department and people for years and they are the greatest. Always honest when it comes to repair of your vehicle and always willing to help you when you ask questions. After the purchase of 3 cars, I can say that i/m not very pleased, but the service department is the BEST! More

So I got a coupon from them for a 495 oil change this weekend. They did a great job and it really was only 495. They gave me this card and asked me to rate my experience. The experiance was excelent everyone was happy and the work was done in a timely manor. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had washed my car before returning it.
