From the minute I stepped in the door I knew that I wasn't leaving the dealership without a car. I felt instantly "at home" here. It started off with an email to Kim Sereikis who got us in touch with the right people in a polite, professional and quick manner. If the sales department is any indication I am going to enjoy meeting the service deparment for my oil changes and maintenance. This is my 3rd Jeep Vehicle but my first one from this dealership and so far the experience has been great and I am looking forward to many years with the vehicle and with David Dodge! More
First of all, they lied about the "special discounts" that Capitol One was offering because they charged me beyond the full price, they could not believe I even made the salary I was making ($ discounts" that Capitol One was offering because they charged me beyond the full price, they could not believe I even made the salary I was making ($1000/wk), almost as if they hated the fact that I made as much as I did, they charged me an exhorbitant amount of money ($659/month - people who own Mercedes Benz don't even pay that much), I never got to test drive the car, just sit in it and start it. They even asked for money beyond what I already came with (a $30,000 credit limit). I left with a very bad taste in my mouth, and would never recommend ANYONE to ever go there. More

There are three employees who stand out, though, as individuals who provide consistent kindness, consideration, and attention to the customer. Dave Zarzycki is one of these people. He is excellent. He is quicjk and efficient, and manages to get the job done while he maintains a positive, caring attitude that makes you feel like you count, and you are a member of the family. Andrew McCafferty is another outstanding employee. He is friendly, works hard for the customer, and is not afraid to answer questions or hunt down answers or solutions to problems. He and Dave have taken care of me. They are always there when I bring in one of my 4 Chryslers or Dodges (purchased right there at David Dodge) in for service. At the payment counter, Robin Mericle has a sense of humor that makes paying the bill a pleasant experience. She is a caring customer-centered person, obviously one who cares not only about the customer, but the image of the dealer. Thank you for having such a great staff. Not counting the quality of your product, Dodge and Chrysler/Jeep have a quality staff that makes visiting, either to buy or repair an auto, a great experience. More
