Amazing Dealership at David Dodge 2 separate stories. We currently own a 2014 Ram And still own the vehicle. We purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200. David is knowledgable, experienced, and an asset to David Dodge. We went back today to make sure we understood (we came in late yesterday) all the setups for our new car. I will never deal with another salesperson other than David Cooke. He makes a stressful purchase a pleasure. On Monday I took Bob Jones's truck in for recall. The service is exceptional at David Dodge.we have never had a bad experience when bringing in our Ram 1500. Our service writer was Dana Violi, who was very personable and knowledgeable. They showed me quite a few options they had on the lot and walked me through the process of purchasing the vehicle (numbers, options and test drive). I am very pleased with their level of customer commitment and professionalism thus my loyalty to this dealership. My vehicle developed an issue with the TPS system and they were very quick to get me in to the service bay and have that rectified within an hour. The entire sales and maintenance team are very professional and know what they are doing. I plan on making David Dodge my primary car dealership for any future purchases. Waited for part...when it finally came in it was wrong I needed a part to fix my truck - 3rd row headrest. It was ordered and I was told it was in. I come in, drop off truck, leave and an hour later get I needed a part to fix my truck - 3rd row headrest. It was ordered and I was told it was in. I come in, drop off truck, leave and an hour later get a call saying they ordered the wrong part and I will have to go through all of this again. I find this annoying beyond belief. Now I will have to make plans to be without a vehicle yet again while they fix the issue....for the second time. More
