New 2016 Jeep Cherokee We are very financially conservative and pretty wary of getting swindled at car dealerships, so it is saying a lot that our experience with Alex made We are very financially conservative and pretty wary of getting swindled at car dealerships, so it is saying a lot that our experience with Alex made us feel completely at ease. He is so nice, knowledgeable, professional, and honest that we immediately felt comfortable. We could tell that he tries very hard to meet the customers needs. To be frank I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't feel comfortable buying a car from Alex because he tries to think from the customers perspective. Out of working with many people, I have no question he is a valuable employee, likely in the top 1% of car salesman around. Thanks. More

An interesting place Good experience, but several issues. Please read the instructions the customer types online when scheduling service online. Please do not do an emissions test then charge the customer when the customer tells you the Jeep only had 1800 miles since last inspection ( which you obviously knew) and didn't need a emissions test by state law.
