Both gentlemen were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about their brand & they stayed w/ us through out the process even into the 11pm hour! Melissa Haas, the internet sales manager answered all of my questions up to the day of the deal, also very rapid to reply back & w/ full knowledge as well!
