Best service call ever!!! I have had many cars in my life and been to multiple service centers . I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. The carpet was coming up on the second I have had many cars in my life and been to multiple service centers . I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. The carpet was coming up on the second day of owning it. I spoke to Dana Violi and she scheduled a appointment for it to be addressed, I had told he I had a very small window of time available. She went above and beyond my expectations. I pulled in the day of service and was out in less than 30 minutes. The technician that worked on my vehicle was Bruce Goodas. He did a great job fixing it and explaining what he did to fix it and ensure that it was done to my satisfaction. Over all I give your service department a A++. It is people like Dana and Bruce that will keep me there as a customer now and in the future. Thank you Mark Fifer More

Quick, Efficient, Friendly I had a CEL due to an oil pressure sensor failure on my 2014 Charger at 10am on a Saturday morning. I called David Dodge, fully expecting that my ser I had a CEL due to an oil pressure sensor failure on my 2014 Charger at 10am on a Saturday morning. I called David Dodge, fully expecting that my service would have to wait until Monday at the earliest. My sensor was replaced and a recall item were both completed that same day, despite being a busy weekend and not having a prior appointment.
