3rd time there has been a problem with service I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at David Dodge and have had it serviced there ever since. However I've been disappointed three times with careless pro I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at David Dodge and have had it serviced there ever since. However I've been disappointed three times with careless problems. When the car was brand new, there was a problem with the radio. It was repaired, but when I picked the car up there was a large gash in the leather, right in the middle of the dashboard. Another time, the sidewall was scratched during service. Yesterday I picked my car up after a repair to the AC and the passenger floorboard hadn't been replaced. Every time, the service managers have been apologetic and gotten the problem fixed, but it leads me to think there is a real problem with the service department. A complete indifference to the customer. In all three cases, the service technician had to know what they had done, but they didn't take care of the problem and left it to me to complain about it. Very frustrating. More
