Rattle Fixed. Over the past couple of months, a loud rattle had developed in the roof of my 2015 Longhorn RAM. Made an appointment for 9:30 AM on a Monday and Andre Over the past couple of months, a loud rattle had developed in the roof of my 2015 Longhorn RAM. Made an appointment for 9:30 AM on a Monday and Andrew and his team at David Dodge had the cause of the rattle identified and repaired by 11:30 AM. The repair involved lowering the head liner. When I checked the RAM, I couldn't even see any markings on the head liner whatsoever. a great repair in a short amount of time which also involved a oil change. Once again, I can only but recommend David Dodge. More

First class all the way I had a 7:30 am appointment. I travel 120 miles each way and it is worth the trip. They were prompt and were sensitive to my travel. Ehhhh This dealership has the best waiting area around however I can't say I feel the same way about the service. On my last visit I was recommended a lot This dealership has the best waiting area around however I can't say I feel the same way about the service. On my last visit I was recommended a lot of services in addition to my oil change and told that they were for my 60,000 service (I was at my ~60,000 miles). I questioned that because my manual printout service schedule showed the next big service at 64,000. I was told that they had the exact services needed for my specific vehicle and they would print it out for me. The service schedule given to me was basically the same one I had and there was no mention of any recommended services for 60,000 miles and the "specific vehicle" it was for was an automatic, not manual like my vehicle. All of a sudden no one could find where it said I should have these services performed at 60,000 miles. I understand this would only be one oil change ahead of schedule but why say it was a 60,000 miles service when it wasn't? Most of the items were for "police, taxi, fleet, frequent trailer towing" etc. anyhow when I told them I didn't do any of those or use my 4x4 much so I was surprised it was being recommended to me to change my transfer case fluid ahead of the higher use schedule. More

I dropped my car off earlier than my scheduled appointment for an oil change This was my first visit to David Dodge for service on my Jeep Cherokee. The service representative called me to let me know my car was overdue for the state inspection and recommended that I have that done as well. He also called me and left a message when the car was ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend David Dodge to my friends. More
