Jeep Cherokee Lease At David Dodge, I dealt primarily with Ken Grey. He was very accommodating and helped me lease my new Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I am happy with Ken, he treats people like human beings with no "BS" and is very knowledgeable about his cars. I am a Jeep fan so selling me on one was not hard. What I wanted, was the most car for my money and I think I got it. I worked with Bill Joyner who was also quite helpful and accommodating. Overall my experience with David Dodge and its employees was quite pleasant and I would recommend David Dodge to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. Thanks David Dodge. More

Most recent trip to service center was to be up fitted with a "We Owe" product from the signing of new vehicle. That experience was fine, and thank you for that. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be completed I was given Jeep Compass Owners Manuel for a different customer. I asked why I was getting this, was told that is what I requested. At the time, I never put further thought into it. I have since looked at this manual, which is not for the vehicle that I purchased from this dealer and the package is clearly marked with another customers name and address. More
Service Below Bad Every person I talked to on the phone (07:30 on 5/31) while broke down on the highway put me on hold for a total of 25 minutes. I had a blow out on a tire that had 4950 miles on it and when I finally did make it the 2 miles to the dealership they didn't stand by the tire. So after this experience this is the last time I will subject my self to this type of business. Not happy with David Dodge or the Chrysler Corporation roadside assistance program. More

He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle. He's a true "Delco Guy"...very down-to-earth and straightforward. The finance director, Jan McGill was excellent also. Jan was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Jan made the financial closing of the new vehicle a breeze! She also convinced me to get tire coverage which I most appreciative about. The sales team, on the other hand, did not follow up with my husband and me when they new for serveral days with emails that we needed to get a new car as our lease was terminating. Furthermore, once we finally wrangled pricing out of the sales team, they gave us conflicting pricing and then tried to retract the pricing saying they never offered it even though we had it in writing. Had it not been for Emilio the Sales Manager intervening at the 11th hour we would have walked away and gone to another dealer. Emilio was helpful and responsive. More

We would definitely consider making the 30+ mile trip down to David Auto again if the right deal presented ourselves.
