Jan was also very respectful of our decision and went on to explain some of the repair costs that we might now encounter as well as insurance + warranty coverage options that were available as prior lease customers. I'm trying really hard to like this dealership. I ordered and purchased a very nice 2016 Challenger Scat Pack Shaker from these guys. Long long wait for oil change and routine service. Last Tuesday , June 21st. I took my jeep in for a routine oil change. It took over 3 1/2 hrs. When I arrived they said there were a lot of computer up Last Tuesday , June 21st. I took my jeep in for a routine oil change. It took over 3 1/2 hrs. When I arrived they said there were a lot of computer updates for my car which would take up to 2 hr. They offered me a ride to local breakfast restaurant which was nice. After 3 hrs everyone in waiting room had come and gone so I asked what the delay was. I was told the computer was running slow. Finally I got out of there. They applied a $10 coupon to my bill for oil change. After all was paid , I mentioned how disappointed I was about the long wait. Then they told me they could have drove me home. More
