Horrific experience with accounting I was given a refund for gap insurance for a car that was paid off. The gap insurance was then cancelled for a another car that I am still paying on. I was given a refund for gap insurance for a car that was paid off. The gap insurance was then cancelled for a another car that I am still paying on. When I called, the woman, Linda Miller, told me that she made a mistake and the only way my gap insurance would be reinstated is if I mailed back the refund check. I called and left a message for dawn, and she didn't call me back. I received a phone call from Jan, who was very nice. Jan referred me to Linda. Linda clearly admitted she made the mistake by giving the wrong info to the gap insurance carrier. This is not right that she made a huge mistake and now I don't have gap insurance on a car that I am still paying on! More

Wonderful Experience I was undecided as to what I wanted to do when I entered the showroom. After Bill took my son and me to look at cars, Bill gave me a trade in amount I was undecided as to what I wanted to do when I entered the showroom. After Bill took my son and me to look at cars, Bill gave me a trade in amount for my husband's truck and my car. I was still undecided and left. Later that night, we came back and sat with Alex Gray. He was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I finally bought a Jeep! he next day, my son and I returned to complete the paperwork with Ken Gray. More

I took a 2011 durango to them for service for an engine light on. It took 2 week to get an appointment. The car was there for 5 days and when I pick the car up I went 1/2 mile only to see that the light was still on. I took it back and was told it had been fixed. I left the car again. It was left there for 2 weeks and was told again that was fixed . I drove the car 100 miles on vacation only to have it stop totally. It had to be towed to where I was going. And here it sits.Our co. has 7 dodges and jeeps in the and most times we trade every 3 years. We have been buying from another dealer that sold the business. I have to find a different dealer.This is the worst place to deal with horrible service First you should not have to wait 2 week to have a car or truck serviced.I don't know what I am going to do with a car 100 miles from the dealer who serviced it. Outstanding Overall Experience! From the minute we arrived, the experience we had working with Steve Ellis was beyond what we expected...It was our first time at David Dodge, and our From the minute we arrived, the experience we had working with Steve Ellis was beyond what we expected...It was our first time at David Dodge, and our first time looking at Jeeps...Steve was so easy-going, and let us explore the vehicle at our own pace, drive it, and then drive another one with additional options we were hoping to add. Steve had both vehicles ready and prepared for us to test drive as soon as we arrived, since we had called the day before and asked about coming in Saturday morning. There was no pressure to try and get us to make a decision, and he encouraged us to check out all of the features, and ask questions if we had anything we wanted to review before making a decision. We had only planned to come in for a test drive, with the intention of waiting until September to get the vehicle. My husband was going to have me also test drive a Ford Explorer in a couple weeks. After spending time with Steve and driving the Jeep, we found it to be exactly what we wanted to bring home, so we traded in my Mazda, signed the lease ppwk, and took home a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee the same day. We saw no reason to go anywhere else. We were incredibly happy that Steve was able to provide an excellent value for our trade-in, and worked out financing on the new lease that was perfect for where we wanted to be for monthly payments. We're happy with every aspect of our experience and how easy it was to do business. More
