My husband and I were in a situation of another vehicle that made it very difficult to move forward and be more financially productive. Just when we were ready to give up hope, God used some wonderful people to work on our behalf to turn everything around for us. We had began to loose hope with David Dodge and not be interested in telling anyone about their company just on the basis of previous experience. However, after experiencing what we have just experienced, we now have a change of heart. They were patient to hear our dilemma, and then look for options to find a solution. And solutions they did find! Wow! To God be the glory! Our faith has been restored with this company, and we appreciate all the effort that it took to make this possible. Sustained Excellence I am a long-time customer of David Dodge, having bought four vehicles there and one there under a previous dealer name and owner. A couple of years ag I am a long-time customer of David Dodge, having bought four vehicles there and one there under a previous dealer name and owner. A couple of years ago they refurbished the entire dealership -- sales, service, etc. They provided an excellent service area and system after their grand re-opening. But the mark of excellence is not to just have a grand re-opening but to sustain the high level of quality after the hoopla dies down. David Dodge has done that with its service department -- from the easy access to service advisers when driving in to the clean and well-stocked snack area (complimentary coffee, bottled water and fresh fruit) to the comfortable chairs and the large screen TVs that all work. And restrooms that are sparkling clean. And, of course, top notch work done on my 2014 Avenger 6-cylinder. Ok, one downer -- the artificial sweeter packets were getting a little clumped up. A small price to pay for the sustained excellence David Dodge offers. David Dodge has made bringing in my car for service more than tolerable. David has made bringing my car in for service a pleasure. I never ever thought I would say that about a car dealership but the truth is the truth. Kudos to the entire organization. More
