He was everything one would want in his position. He listened to my financial restrictions, what I wanted in my jeep and then was honest about if it was a viable combination. After I drove to the dealership I also met Emilio who assured me that my car needs could be accomplished. He was also kind and no pressure. After having been the target of bait and switch in New Jersey, this was a wonderful experience with all of the people involved. More

Post service update @ David Dodge I recently was in to have the service team analyze my vehicle. I have a 2016 Cherokee and the check engine light was randomly coming on. I had been there about 3 weeks ago and the same issue re-occured.. Of course I felt that the service team would probably think I was a crack pot or something but Shann listened to my concern and reassured me the issue would be taken care, This is the kind of service and level of comfort that all clients should have.
