I have had both Dana and Rick as service advisors, and they have always been upfront with what I needed and what I didn't with no pressure to add anything unnecessary to the bill. This past visit they replaced a part on the Jeep which we thought was the cause of the issue and when it turned out it wasn't I brought the Jeep back in, they reexamined and found the right source of the issue and refunded me for the original part they replaced. It was a great experience and they have kept me as a customer because of it! More
