No Customer Loyalty - RIP OFF My vehicle is. 2012 with 28,500.00 miles on it. I was having issues with it randomly chiming and the the battery light, ABS light and other lights on My vehicle is. 2012 with 28,500.00 miles on it. I was having issues with it randomly chiming and the the battery light, ABS light and other lights on the instrument panel coming on. The interior lights would go off as well as the radio and the car stalled a few times. David Dodge told me I needed an alternator which would be $855.00 including diagnostic costs. My mechanic got the issue fixed under warranty by Chrysler. It's nice to know that my neighborhood mechanic is honest and loyal to their customers unlike David Dodge. More

Scam artist! Stay away!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They were caught in a huge lie today. I brought my 2013 jeep in for regular maintenance yesterday. I had them change If I could give 0 stars, I would. They were caught in a huge lie today. I brought my 2013 jeep in for regular maintenance yesterday. I had them change oil, change other fluids. They called and left a voicemail this morning stating that they noticed my rotors were in bad shape along with needing all 4 brakes replaced. Well the only problem with that assumption/ lie is I just had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced last week at Qyst auto in media. When I called and went off for them trying to have me fork over hundreds for work not needed they were speechless. They told me the service advisor mislead me. They apologized and gave me 20% off my bill for the fluid, oil change. If this would have been the majority of jeep owners, they would have taken money from someone. I would stay far away from this dealership. They are crooks! Stay away! I saved my voicemail explaining that I needed the brakes rotors in the even they try to deny it. The terrible thing for them? My family has bought 6 jeeps from them in the past 7 years but that now is over. David the owner? What's your thoughts on the way your company conducts business? Is it easy to sleep at night knowing you're cheating customers everyday? Goodnight More
Needed my car inspected in a hurry. I needed my car inspected quickly. I thought I had it inspected in February but that was just an oil change and service. I called and spoke with Sco I needed my car inspected quickly. I thought I had it inspected in February but that was just an oil change and service. I called and spoke with Scott who made arrangements with Dave to have it inspected the next day. My car is now five years old and I travel quite a distance to have the service done every 3,000 miles at David Dodge. I have a Chrysler Dodge dealership five minutes from my home in Springfield Pennsylvania but I wouldn't take her any other place but David. They always exceed my expectations. More
