Surprisingly responsive. I would simply like to comment on the fact that on several occasions I have had an "emergency", in which I needed immediate, unscheduled repairs done I would simply like to comment on the fact that on several occasions I have had an "emergency", in which I needed immediate, unscheduled repairs done to my Jeep Wrangler. A wait of a day or two for the repair would have been extremely inconvenient. On almost every occasion I have pulled up, been diagnosed, and given an estimate in a short time - usually less than an hour. In addition, in most cases, the repair has been made on-the-spot. I have even pulled up at 8:30 p m and had my problem fixed to the point where I was able to get to work the next day without a hitch. That is Customer Service! Thank you! More
Fixed something that was not broken. Not happy with this service visit. I mentioned that I heard a sound coming from the rear of the car. It took two days to attempt to figure it out. The bearings were replaced, 400-600 dollars later, I pickup the car and the sound is still there. I find out after reading the service report paper that the front bearing was replaced. I brought the car back the next week, and service too ride with me in the car and heard the sound that I heard and believed it was due to uneven tire wear. Resurfaced the rear rotors, sound still exists. At this point, I can live with the sound, just wish I had my 400-600 dollars and the old bearings back. Will not bring any of my three cars back here for service, only oil changes. More

Especially Scott Streeter who always goes above and beyond to address all my concerns, takes the time to listen, and always pays attention to and makes sure that all the important details are not overlooked. Recently I was there for warranty repair work for a tie rod and axel cv joint replacement - they also replaced an airbag that was recalled. I wasn't aware that there was a recall for the airbag on my vehicle, but Scott knew and replaced it while I was there as part of my regular service anyway. The dealership through their representative, Scott Streeter always makes sure I am satisfied. They always provide a rental car when I drop off my car for service if the problem can't be addressed that day. I never have to wait for an appointment. I call and they say bring it right over. They service department is open every weekday till 9:00PM and on Saturdays until 6:00PM. When I am there for service that can be addressed immediately they have a great waiting room with three large TVs, WIFI, charging ports for my computer and phone, not to mention Wawa Coffee, and a huge variety of snacks - free of charge for the comfort of their customers. I just bring my laptop and get my work done while waiting - and the wait isn't usually long. Thanks again David Dodge and Scott Streeter! I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else! More

Melissa took the time to go back in the shop where the car was being serviced since it was just taken in on a trade, she took about a dozen pics of the car and texted them to me within 15 min of me asking. WHO DOES THAT?? So that got my interest and drove 4 hrs to check it out. Melissa then set me up with Bob Weibe in sales, this guy takes the cake! I usually hate talking to sales people, but this guy is truly one of the best! We had a great time on the test ride and then the real magic began back at the dealership. My credit approval and loan application were done before I knew it. Oh, did I say the car was nicer than I thought? No BS! The deal was made and the payment was were I wanted it. The only glitch was on my end when I got the call that I didn't get the new job I was waiting on. I have previously leased 5 vehicles including 1 from David Dodge & have never seen nor paid a turn in fee & I was not expecting Chris to include a turn in fee of $400 in the lease. I compained to Chris & he stated he & David Dodge are not responsible for pointing out additional fees from the lender they choose More
