90% Dana Violi Because of other negative things that had been happening to me on that day, Dana was the one who took charge and made sure my problem was taken care o Because of other negative things that had been happening to me on that day, Dana was the one who took charge and made sure my problem was taken care of in a timely manner...not for the first time. My problem that day was actually due to a tire valve cap that had been put on at your service center; the mechanic had to cut it off! I was making sure the tires had the correct air pressure for my daughter's impending trip to North Jersey. Struggling with the valve cap put a lot of pressure on me both physically (arthritis of the hip and back...pain) and emotionally! She saw that I was in distress and responded right away. Dana is a very caring, empathetic person...rare qualities in people today. I put "average" for service, because I should never have had the issue with the cap; it's my understanding that they used to be used on showroom cars because the were considered more "attractive" with the silver tone. My daughter owns the van and pays all necessary maintenance expenses. More

Try a different sales rep Started with the internet person (Kristin, I think) and wish I could have stuck with her. When I moved to Gary answers got cryptic or questions not even answered. Appointment to get car was very inefficient and wasted a lot of my time. No follow-up for a month about items that were to be installed on the car, per agreement. Had to email him to find out what was going on. Finance guy, Chris, was amiable and efficient to deal with. No other experience with the dealership so far. More

Emergency visit Had engine light problem and the light itself was the problem. Unfortunately no coverage for this but so far the light is not on. Completely satisfied! I came in with the check engine light on, electronic throttle control and electronic stabilizer lights on. The team diagnosed and replaced the MAP sen I came in with the check engine light on, electronic throttle control and electronic stabilizer lights on. The team diagnosed and replaced the MAP sensor and updated the computer. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. The following week. I had the throttle and stabilizer lights on again but this time I couldn’t drive cause it wouldn’t change gears. The team was on it again. Had to replace the whole electronic throttle control. Even though it was a different code that came up this time, they still gave a discount on their work since it had only been a week since my car was in the shop! Thanks Team David! More

Battery died. Got a jump and took it to the dealer. They charged it for an hour. The next morning car would not start. Had to take a day off from work and tak died. I called the mgr & told about my prob. He called Chrysler and got me a battery. When I got to dealer to install the lady there said she could not override Chrysler to get me a new battery. B’s. More
