I really appreciate the manner in which my vehicle was handled. My daughter and I were treated with great respect and were assured by staff that everything possible was being done to complete services to handled. I have every belief that this is the norm and it can be expected every time we come to David for any issue. When we received our car, we were extremely satisfied with the care, consideration, and completed service. Just an additional note: if there are personnel involved behind the scenes with whom I didn't have the opportunity to meet and communicate, I am sorry that I am unable to formally recognize and congratulate them for a job very well done. They should be thanked on our behalf and assured we'd have done so if we were made aware of their identities and roles in the concerted effort to render a 5-star service rating. More
I recently went to David for service on my Grand Cherokee. The staff in the service department were incredibly rude. They didn’t even want to review all that my car was coming in for service for. So, it’s no surprise that the tech could not duplicate the issues I was having. After finally getting a chance to explain the issue to the service staff, the repair that they didn’t even made no sense. The rudeness continued when I came back to return my rental car and pick up my vehicle. I was going out of my way to go to David, since I got the vehicle from them, but after this experience I won’t be back to have service done there again (no need to get treated that way) and the whole experience left such a bad impression that I’m not even sure I want to get my next lease from them. I worked with David Dodge Chrysler Jeep remotely. Took care of everything through texts, emails, phone to make the process less stressful. Then they delivered the vehicle, Thanks Steve and Ralph for bringing the vehicle to Williamsport. Everything was as expected. So thank you to everyone involved, we love the vehicle. More
