Bad Customer Service The employees culture is flawed. They do not strive to assist customers. Promised a shuttle would be available to pick me up and retrieve vehicle. When I called to be picked up I'm told the driver had a family emergency. and there was no shuttle service for the rest of day. A business should not make promises it cant keep and only have one person to provide a service they promised. I lost time at work the next day due to their poor business practices. More

On my last visit, I needed to have a water hose replaced, going from the engine block to the radiator and received a bill over $500.00, which I thought to be outrageous. The part alone was $142.00, which seemed crazy for a hose, and I was charged 3 hours of labor, which again, seems outrageous, considering the hose was from the bottom of the engine block which is easily accessible when the vehicle is on the lift. Based on this last experience, I am thinking long and hard whether I will ever return to David Dodge for servicing again. More

Two new vehicles in a row. Both lemons. I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about the problem and they have no solution yet. 8 months into the lease I went back to see if they had a solution yet, and they did not. I asked them to get me out of the vehicle and they said they couldn't. Until a couple weeks later when they said they needed to sell a truck and they could help me now. I was put in a new Dodge Ram. It was leased in the evening. The next morning I inspected the body to make sure there were no defects. I found that they had buffed through the clear coat and a dent in the bed. Also multiple areas.of the paint had dirt in it. I have had to go back to the dealer for body repairs on average every other week for over a year. IT'S STILL NOT FIXED! While I've had the truck all of the coolant hoses have been replaced due to an additive that reacts with the rubber on the hoses. It smelled like a dead animal. They broke a vacuum line while doing that repair and i.had to go back again. Multiple occasions the reverse camera stopped working. Then I had a friend of mine look at the paperwork for the lease and he said I had $4,000.00 rolled over from the Jeep that I didn't notice. Please read all document closely. Buyers beware of David Dodge. More

What good is a appointment when it is not kept! Called 10 days in advance to make an appointment for a state inspection. Made the appointment about a week ahead at 2:30 in the afternoon. Got there t Called 10 days in advance to make an appointment for a state inspection. Made the appointment about a week ahead at 2:30 in the afternoon. Got there there 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time. I thought they had taken the car in for the inspection. After about 40 minutes I went to the service advisor to check on the status and saw my car sitting in the back lot. I asked why my car was there and not getting inspected. I was told the was no tech available at this time. WHAT? I made the appointment well in advance. Service that should have taken no more than 45 minutes. Total time was about two hours. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I asked the service advisor why they didn't keep the agreed time. Get this! He said it was the same as the doctors office. I take that to mean doctors are always late so it's okay for the service department to be late also! What an insult to my intelligence! More
