He was very enthusiastic about the Chrysler 300 and that helped assure me that it was a good product. This was important as I have never before owned a Chrysler product and it is probably the last new car I'll ever buy. I expect a car in my care, regardless of brand, to operate well for a minimum of 150,000 miles and 15-years with only reasonable wear and tear repairs and maintenance. So far after only a couple of ownership weeks, I'm loving my smooth riding, quiet, spacious but powerful Chrysler 300. I hope that feeling will continue over the next 15 orbso years. An added benefit is that this agency is only two miles from my home. More
2017 August service I called notifying that my car had a small power steering fluid leak and while it's there can they check the module that controls the heated/air coole I called notifying that my car had a small power steering fluid leak and while it's there can they check the module that controls the heated/air cooled seats as it has never worked properly. I asked for a larger loaner due to a funeral I needed the car for the next day. Arrived and explained that my mechanic said to have jeep check the steering fluid because it was empty the month prior which means there is a leak. Rick said it was due for an air filter. Then gave me the smallest rental in the lot. Asked for a larger car he offered a compass which is not as big as a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I asked for a 4 door car, he said they had nothing and the rental guy was not there. I Asked for a manager he said none was there. Then when speaking about my husbands truck a chevy Silverado, he took time to tell me I was pronouncing the name of my other vehicle incorrectly and proceeded to with an attitude correct me (which I found rude and condecending). I also told Rick I had time constraints if no call by 3pm I wouldn't be able to pick it up til Saturday afternoon. Call was not received til 5pm. When we spoke he said no leak was found and nothing is wrong with the module that they changed my oil and put a filter in pretty much completely disreagarding what I brought it there for. He was abrupt, dismissive and not helpful in the least. And service I needed was not done. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. Service used to be excellent but all of those guys are gone. The only person I will even consider working with there is Scott. He listens.to the customer is friendly polite respectful and cares. Very sad that a once great dealership has changed its appearance but become less service or customer oriented. I live much closer to two other dealerships but came here out of loyalty and previous great service. I am not sure if I will return. More

I e-mailed and got a quote on the vehicle from Kristin Davis that was below what I had seen the vehicle priced previously and below sticker. Went up on a Saturday, dealt with very professional Gary Celotto in the showroom, and eventually purchased the vehicle at Kristin's quoted price. When the deal moved back to financing, it was at the sticker price and not Kristin's quoted price which I caught after the documents had been signed and they corrected. David Dodge is a well oiled machine that moves you through the purchase process with ease. More

Got to the dealership met our salesman who said he specifically had the car ready for us to test drive. We drove the car and during the paperwork processing we were informed by the manager the car was sold. They then low balled us on the value of our car st $1500. The. day before a different dealership offered us $3500. Not a way to do business More
